| 8:30 AM – Arrival and Rehearsal |
| All faculty and graduates are to meet at the Davis Theater for the Performing Arts, 251 Montgomery Street in downtown Montgomery. Go to Driving and Parking Directions for assistance. Each faculty member must bring his/her academic regalia for the graduation ceremony. Graduates will receive their cap, gown and hood when they arrive at the Davis Theater on Saturday morning. Men should wear dark slacks and dark shoes. Women should wear dark shoes and simple jewelry. There will be someone at the door to assist you. Please be on time! |

| At this ceremony you will participate in a processional. A message will be delivered, awards presented, and diploma presentation tubes issued. The presentation tube you will receive at the ceremony will be empty. You will be given your diploma after the graduation ceremony. |
