  • A method of full payment of tuition and fees must be established at time of registration.
  • Submission of the online registration form acknowledges agreement to perform the obligations of the student to the University.
  • Submission of the online registration form acknowledges waiver of the student's ability to cancel payment of check or credit card billing.
  • Fees are nonrefundable.
  • A withdrawal occurs when a student totally withdraws from all classes at Amridge University. Refunds are only calculated when this situation occurs. A student that drops some courses will be charged a drop fee of $75 per course and will be responsible for all tuition and fees.
  • Withdrawal prior to the first day of the semester, the student will be held financially responsible for the Comprehensive Fee only.
  • Withdrawal beginning on the first day of the semester will result in the charge of a Drop Fee of $75 per course, the Comprehensive Fee, and a percentage of the tuition.  Tuition percentage is calculated at 10% of the total tuition cost per day beginning with the first working day of the semester and ending on the ninth working day of the semester, regardless of the date the student registers or the first day the course meets.
  • A student who wishes to withdraw must officially inform registrar@amridgeuniversity.edu prior to 12:00, noon, CT on Friday of the 11th week of the semester by email which includes student name and number.  The withdrawal process is not complete until the student receives email confirmation.  There are academic and financial responsibilities associated with withdrawal.  We recommend that you discuss your options with your advisor.  The withdrawal date will be the date that the email request to withdraw is received by the registrar.

  • No combination of financial aid awarding that involves institutionally-controlled funds may result in a cash overpayment to the student. If such a situation should occur, the institutionally-controlled part of the award will be reduced. Amridge University abides by the fair and equitable refund policy as defined by the Department of Education. Contact the Financial Aid Office for details at  financialaid@amridgeuniversity.edu
